Terms and Conditions for Heltne Media.

1. Parties

This agreement is between Heltne Media, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller," and the buyer of services from the Seller's website, hereinafter referred to as "the Buyer."

2. Payment

The Buyer agrees to pay for the services using the payment options available on the Seller's website. Prices are listed in the currency specified on the website, and the total cost will be clearly stated before the purchase is completed.

3. Delivery

Delivery of the services will take place at the address specified by the Buyer at the time of purchase. The Seller commits to delivering the services within the promised delivery time. Should there be delays, the Buyer will be informed, and may have the right to cancel the purchase under certain conditions.

4. Cooling-off Period

In accordance with Norwegian consumer law, the Buyer has a 14-day cooling-off period from the day they receive the services. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller within this period.

5. Return

When using the cooling-off period, the Buyer has 14 days from the date of cooling-off, and the money paid will be returned.

6. Complaint Handling

The Buyer is encouraged to contact the Seller regarding any complaints within a reasonable time. The Seller aims to handle complaints quickly and fairly, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Consumer Authority.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between the Buyer and the Seller shall first seek to be resolved through dialogue in a friendly manner. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation. Disputes will ultimately be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law.
